When will it arrive? Delivery
Count on 4–11 business days from the moment you order. We take 1–3 business days to check and pack it, then it travels for 3–8 business days depending how far it has to go. Our daily cutoff is 5:00 PM ET — order after that, or at a weekend, and processing starts the next business day. Those are windows our carriers actually meet rather than promises, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. We ship within the United States only.
Shipping policyWhat if I change my mind? Returns
You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Email us before you post anything back — we reply within 24 hours on business days with an authorization number and the return address, and you then have 14 days to send it. Items need to be unused and in the packaging they came in, with tags and accessories included. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong item in the box. We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway. Changed your mind before it ships? You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering.
Return policyHow quickly am I refunded? Refunds
Your return is inspected when it reaches us and we email you the outcome. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with, within 5 business days. After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we sort it without you paying postage.

Everything ships tracked. A number reaches you by email the moment your parcel leaves us, and you can check it on our tracking page. Carriers normally take up to 24 hours to log the first scan, so a blank result immediately after dispatch is expected. If 14 business days have passed since you ordered and nothing has arrived, email us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

The methods shown at checkout and in the footer of every page are exactly what is available to you — what appears depends partly on your device and location. Everything runs over an encrypted connection and card details never touch our servers. Prices are in USD, and sales tax is calculated at checkout rather than included in the price shown.
