Items need to be unused and in the packaging they came in, with tags and accessories included. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong item in the box. We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway. Your return is inspected when it reaches us and we email you the outcome. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with, within 5 business days. After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we sort it without you paying postage.
