You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Email us before you post anything back — we reply within 24 hours on business days with an authorization number and the return address, and you then have 14 days to send it. Items need to be unused and in the packaging they came in, with tags and accessories included. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong item in the box. We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway. Changed your mind before it ships? You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering.

Your return is inspected when it reaches us and we email you the outcome. The refund goes back to whatever you paid with, within 5 business days. After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears. Carriers normally take up to 24 hours to log the first scan, so a blank result immediately after dispatch is expected.
