Email us before you post anything back — we reply within 24 hours on business days with an authorization number and the return address, and you then have 14 days to send it. Items need to be unused and in the packaging they came in, with tags and accessories included. You cover return postage, except when the fault is ours: damaged, faulty, or simply the wrong item in the box. We do not run exchanges — return it and reorder, which is quicker anyway. Changed your mind before it ships? You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering.

After that it is your bank's timetable — most take a further 5–10 business days before the money appears.
